Allentown is not an easy place to do business. It's not the fault of the good men and women working in City Hall, rather of a long history of disinvestment in process improvement. The result is good people hamstrung by antiquated systems.

I've got a track record of inheriting organizations that were stuck in the past and bringing them up-to-date. My education and experience qualify me to lead our city into the modern era, leveraging the expertise of committed city employees that want to do better.

We will implement systems that will make the business of doing business with the City an easier process for everyone. That includes transparency to help people understand how the city works, communications to give people the information that they need to succeed, and efficiency to reduce wait time.

These systems improvements will ensure Allentonian's access to quality housing, to excellent city services, to economic growth, to youth programs, and to a safe, clean and healthy Allentown.
