The Minute with Matt - Policy Edition will unveil a new policy idea once per week, based on a monthly theme. For this month, we’re going to focus on communications and openness.

We’ve written before about the need for an informational text messaging platform to better inform Allentown’s citizens in the event of an emergency, or even a disruption to regularly scheduled services. In this weeks’ video, Matt offers a little more detail on that policy idea.
